Six Acres can bring turnkey construction services to each project using a variety of delivery methods including design-build approaches to allow single-source responsibility for the entire project from water supply to conveyance to treatment as well as the return side and managing the full water cycle within the facility. We can design and construct the complete water production system including wells or intakes, pumping stations and pipelines to deliver the water to your facility. This in-house capability allows us to provide the utmost quality control and quality assurance for every project.

 

Existing facility rehabilitation and expansion as well as “green field” plant construction are well suited to alternate delivery. We have the ability to assist in accessing capital for project funding. This assistance can include arranging for third-party lender participation, self-funded short-term construction financing and facilitating public-private partnerships. This support would be specific and based on individual circumstances.
